Lags, crashes, bugs, you get them all for free. ;) But it has Early Access so maybe it will be worth it one day. I would say wait until it reaches a stable state.

I already own Legends of Aethereus and Vox. LoA looks nice but it turned out the game is dull and broken. Vox has Early Access so I hope it will be an interesting game one day but currently it's barely playable.

21% that is about 1€ plus some cents for the BTA. BTA = 4.60€ = 6.30$
21% for non BTA: 1.84€ = 2.52$
at least thats what the paypal says for Greece.
