To be fair the remaster of COD 4 is all that left keeping them in the game. Infinite Warfare is incredibly weak

It's WW1 Battlefield style, they obviously couldn't make it a authentic experience no one would play it

Well the vast majority of people don't want to sit in a trench for 15 mins then go over the top and instantly be killed. I am glad they are taking some liberty in how the battles play out.

There is a vast ocean of difference between this and what you are trying to make a truer WW1 experience sound.
I'd just prefer it slightly less...this.

I wanted ww1 game, so I really hope this delivers, but it looks like they're going to make it to fast paced and Hollywoodesque.

The trailer music was awful, and the fact they're calling it BF1 is stupid and annoy.

Well, maybe it's time for me to get into shooters again. I really hope this is the start of a few games set in the historical times again. I just loved the WW2 shooters (BF1942, CoD1 and CoD2 for example), so this might be very good. There are also not a lot of shooters set in that time. It's great to see a game finally move away from modern day / futuristic setting. That was getting really boring.

The music was terrible though. Didn't really like the original either, but compared to this, the original is amazing...

I read somewhere that you'll be playing 7 different soldiers throughout the campaign. I'm all ears for a great single player mode alongside with a great mp setting.

And I seriously hate futuristic shooters; lock ons, jetpacks and automatic artillery is just bullshit imo. WW1 and WW2 settings are where soldiers shine, not weapons.
