[help]Steam Tools

i am looking for 2 type of tools
1) i give names of game such as "clear text" and it return Steam links for these games
i have list of Text/name of games and i want to make them to be Link to steam games

2) Check with Specific steam user have one of my games from list
such as i give him my steam profileId and a list of games and it shows if own it or not

i know programing :) but not used yet Steam Api but i think there are any cause to many people have links threads
