L4D2 Censored or Uncensored

Heres the situation: I normally live in Australia (where L4D2 is censored) but I am currently on vacation in China and I happened to win L4D2 from the Great Gift Pile in this period of time. What I am wondering it: Since I activated/unpacked/won it in China, will it be uncensored?

I think it based on the location the account is registered to, as this is how they determine how games are distributed regionally.
