Is the trade section for games only or also cards?

I have a question like you can see in the title. I have some cards that I really want to have at the moment. I wanted to put my card wishlist in the trade section here on SG. but I only see people trading games. I was just wondering if the trade section is games only or also for cards even though I don't see any card trades.

You can trade anything there really. Even non-steam games/items
