If there's one thing I've learned from HIB is that you should never base your purchase on what they show you that you get, instead think of it as an investment (i.e. HIB2 people got Command Cortex after what... 5months?)

They actually got it right from the get go, though it was in alpha at that time. It was said in the bundle that everyone buying it would get the complete version upon release though.
