Unable to add F2P games to steam library

This started 2 days ago. I try to add a f2p game and it just refreshes the page, even tried the command line and through steamdb and nothing. This happens both through browser and steam program, Alternate account adds the f2p games no problem. Any ideas?

Is there a f2p limit per account that i don't know of?

if long time ago you add battlefield V free weekend remove it at some people give problem
edit: this try remove this https://store.steampowered.com/app/1238810/Battlefield_V/
and also try remove 1 free to play game and see if then u can add another
use this https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/

No, I'm still adding them everyday and I ran the tool on SteamDB just now.

Does it happen to any game or just one game?

many games, i tried on the epic privacy browser which has a vpn and i can add them. weird

I had that issue for a while but solved it by switching to f3p.
