Has anyone purchased Saints Row 4 from Nuuvem?

If yes, have you received your key? My library page for SR4 states this,

"Chave de instalação/ativação

Pré-venda, liberação em 23/08/2013"

while the steam store page states that the release date is the 20th.

At the Steam store the release date of SR 4 shows up as august 23! I live in the Netherlands.
Maybe in Brasil the release date is the 23th of august as well!

i bought it from a turkish store and later i found out the key was going to be given on 23th.
it's a shame really. why the hell did i pre-purchase if i won't be able to play right when it comes out :)

Well, I purchased it off Nuuvem and and yesterday it showed the release date as the 23rd. Today it shows it as the 20th. I still have no key though.

well maybe it wont matter if you wait a few extra days before downloading and playing the game...pre-Purchasing the game that doesn't have a beta to play before the actual release then it doesn't matter. Patience. or don't pre-purchse in the first place and buy when it is actually released

Just a heads up for anyone else who has purchased from Nuuvem and is not from Brazil,

"Indeed, Saints Row 4 is region locked, but we are already working in order to receive a worldwide key for only all of those who have pre ordered Saints Row 4 by Nuuvem.

We'll just need a bit more time to include the key on your Nuuvem account, probably untill next friday.

So if I have preOrdered the game from Europe I will get a Worldwie key? Because in my account I see Saints Row IV(Brasil) and Chave ainda não gerada, pode estar havendo um atraso da produtora.

Yep. Everyone outside of Brazil will get WW keys while residents of Brazil will receive their regional keys.

We found out about steam region locks through steamDB and to my knowledge no such thing exists for Origin. Look for "only for Brazil" warning on the store page or contact support.
