Far Cry 3 key language problems.

Hi, i recently bought a Far Cry 3's Steam key from Kinguin; the service was really good and i got my key very fast. I activated it after some minutes and there were no problems. Today i checked my licenses + subscriptions and i saw "Far Cry 3 RU"..

When i bought the game on Kinguin it wasn't specified about RU region lock but so, why i could activate it? I'm from italy, but now i have a Russian key, my question is:

Have the russian key english language too? If not, there a way to change my Russian activated key with an europe key? (If this is possible i'm ready to add money too).
