Hi, some days ago I made my 1st giveaway. Winner have been picked, and I sent him an email telling him he won the game and asking him to add me on Steam + a friend request directly on Steam. More than 2 days have passed and I got no reply from him. I can't send him a Key via mail because the game comes in a Steam Gift and can only be sent via Steam.

Since it's my first giveaway, what do I have to do now? I'll wait since the 7th day, then what do to if the winner doesn't reply?

If the winner doesn't reply to your mail and doesn't accept your friend on Steam invite after 7 days you upload a screenshot of the mail you've sent to a free image host, create a support ticket, link your uploaded screenshot and ask for a re-roll.

cheers =)

if the winner doesnt reply nor accept steam invites - after 7 days you may request a reroll and new winner will be picked.

But keep in mind that you say 2 days - it's been weekend for last 2 days - so he may went for short vacation or something, be patient ;p

It doesn't matter, he will receive an activation link on his email, where he can log in with his account.
