Do you absolutely want this game on Steam or is it ok to play in on Uplay, at least when you get it as a gift?
I voted that it really doesn't matter, even more so as a gift, but I already have the game so good luck finding someone who wants it.

I'd love to play, keep in mind though: If the key is from Humble Monthly, then it's region locked to the continent you're residing in.

The regions for The Division seem to be as follows:
- NA: US territories including Puerto Rico and American Samoa as well as Canada
- South America
- CIS
- SEA + Europe + Africa + Middle-east countries
Easiest way to tell what region your copy is for if you're uncertain is to start the gifting process from your humble page and it will tell you all the countries that can redeem the copy you have.
You can then cancel the gifting process if you like, just dont click create gift and you will still have it available.
