Problem with my trade offers link

Hey guys

I have a problem with my trade offers link. ( https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=40780407&token=Wmv8ttv1)

"Сı√ƠĐμĽ ♠ is not able to do trade" Nobody can send me an offer.

But i dont understand,because my steamguard is protect by mail since 2013,and all my inventory/profil,is on public. (check all this many times)

I have tried to change url many times,but no changes.

Any idea ? I have forget anything ?

God doesnt work with one friends ^^ Maybe its him the problem :/

worked for me too. have you tried resetting the link to get another trade url?

He may not have set up his steam community page. You have to set that up before you can trade.

Whatever,link look works for all of you,so i dont think its me the problem
