I Would play, but to get cards for it you have to buy pokemon booster packs to get booster credits.

Not really. You get 5 free packs once you have been on for 3 days and then after that you get 1 pack every 5 days.

But to play a good game you would have to have a playable deck like darkrai and Hydreigon, Ray&Eels etc, you would have to invest in it to get the cards you need, one pack every 5 days is time consuming.

Well you can buy codes online pretty cheap for like 25 cents each, so no need to buy packs

Actually, I'm running a fairly good Steel deck with hilarious energy flow and several Scizor.

You running it with the shift Gear Klinklang, cus that helps out with a steel type deck :) and I have never heard much of Scizor being used in the meta game of the TCG, sounds interesting especially countering EX cards.

Haven't looked at it, I might later. A lot of the different Scizor are good EX counters, so most of my games are about getting one of them out before my opponent can get an EX out. Almost like an RTS...

I like trading card games, it started last year when I was gifted MtG: Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013...it's quite fun! Some die-hard MtG fans aren't happy with the game but I didn't play anything else from MtG so I really don't care :P Thanks for the tip, I'll check the game!

i have over 400 trading cards, and i can never loose cos i got some really really strong guys, with attacks with over 120+ damage, max being 150

idiot, the attack increases as a result of putting energy cards, there the total attack could be infinite aslong as you have that many cards, this still doesnt mean he does 210 damage, cos u need something extra to do that.... u understand now?

I used to play it, nut it was too confusing so i gave up, me and my cousin tried pokemon vs yu gi oh but it didnt work cos pokemon attacks are under 300 and yu gi oh is like thousands

Never liked playing this one because i preferred the real ones. My pokemon cards are just stuffed inside my box. There's like over 500 cards, some of them the same pokemon. I just kept in as my childhood remembrance.

The real question is, does anyone go to actual TCG tournaments?

It's weird getting your ass kicked by 13 year olds and then their 40 year old parents in the masters division. Since the parents have to drive their kids and sit around at them, most of them have decided to play as well.
