German only steam-title?

Just a little question, if I have a Steam Key restricted to Germany only, I still can give it away here and it doesn't interfere with this rule, right?

Do not submit CD-keys that require VPN activation or methods to bypass regional restrictions.

As far as I know it can still be activated, but it will be the Germany version with less violence/toned down for acceptance in Germany. I heard that Steam support most often helps with this and can replace it with the copy that suits your region though.

Is the game only available in Germany.. What is the game?

Thanks for the quick answer, it is a Titan Quest (DE) Key so it's availabe anywhere else just with less violance...

A look-up on the game notes that the response I originally gave may not be the case with the (DE) suffix in the name. I am not sure if Steam support would be able to help if you were to ask them for a key that isn't Germany specific. They may if this is the first time you have requested such an exchange. Your best bet would be to do this before trying to put it up on the site though.
