Humble bundle question

I bought Humble Bundle with Red Orchestra 1&2 and Killing Floor and didn't check 'gift' box. So now I have Now I have those keys that i can 'redeem'. The question is: Can I make giveaway's from those keys from my Humble Bundle account page becouse they are not on my steam acount as gifts?
I did read sticky on forum and the problem is that I'm not that good in english, missing few words, so I don't want to make giveaway and then screw someone.

Yes, you can give CD-Keys as giveaways.
