Can I filter games that I don't own but also don't even want for free?

Or alternatively, is there like a wishlist feature for games I really want like the BioShock or Borderlands games?

You'd probably want SteamGifts Plus for that sort of thing (sorry I don't have a link on-hand, others do though, and apparently beat me by five seconds)

Thanks, new to the site but liking it so far. Games I won't play will get played, maybe win some games I want to play but can't afford atm.
