I had a problem with a DLC being won by a person who didn't own the base game,it took 6 days for the first reroll,the second winner didn't have the game too,got a reply on the second ticket in 18 hours and finally got a good winner so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

For me, it took almost 8 days. Don't bump the ticket.
If it is PAYDAY™ The Heist, it finished just 17 hours ago. He has a week to redeem the key/gift and give feedback. You could contact him on Steam or e-mail.
