Valve Developer Console - Nested Strings?

I'm trying to run a command with nested strings in the CS:GO console.

How would I run the command alias createJumpBind "bind W "+jump""

I've tried " ' ' ", " \"\" ", and " "" "

I have no idea, but wouldn't this info be available somewhere on the Valve website or some other website or forum?

I did as much searching as a could for a syntax guide, but I didn't get anything but this: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Developer_Console.
