If you wont it here, you can't really trade it, you should talk to the winner of the giveaway to notify them that you couldn't activate it, then mark as not received. The game in question has heavy region locked restrictions, you can check them on this thread.

Oke, thnx was not sure about that.

I know there is something like a week delay on the not received button from marking it to prevent that impatient people mark wrongly as not received.

You should not have marked as received, only do that after successfully activating the game.
Normally the GA creator should give you a working key since they forgot to limit the region of the GA.
You could contact the GA creator and explain the situation, maybe they will fix it anyway.

If that does not work, I would contact support I guess, since you could get a temp ban for a non activated win...

You can't also trade here. Delete that "swap for something" asap.
