I think shak is actually talking about the title of the bundle threads. It doesn't mean anything. One old user just used to do it and it has continued from there.

Rachellove used to enclose her threads in the heart symbol in the Deals section so it was easier to search for them or just see them in the list. Now the Deals sections shows up separately on the main page and most bundles have a thread that have a chart based on her old design, so the hearts are more like a tradition that some people kept for bundle threads.
