Swapping Backgrounds?

Just wondering, is there any site/group where you can swap your worthless backgrounds with others' worthless backgrounds? I'm sure many people have double or triple copies of a single background (or just having some they don't like at all), but unless they're from Russia, it's literally impossible to sell these on the Steam Market - not even for 1 cent. So having a community like this could be a win-win situation to everyone (except those 1:2 leechers that seem to be everywhere), but I didn't find one yet. I don't think that major trading sites (steamtrades, outpost etc.) could be an option since nobody would notice such worthless items like these.
