"Tom Clancy's The Division should be released for PC for many reasons but the most important one is that the release of this amazing game will only be for consoles."
That is one of the stupidest sentences I've ever read about exclusives and it doesn't get any better from there.

"Tom Clancy's The Division should be released for PC for many reasons but the most important one is that the release of this amazing game will only be for consoles. This leaves out the PC community. This leaves out those of us who like playing games on our PC's more than console. This leaves out those of us who can only play on PC for whatever reason or are best on PC, whatever the case maybe. In the end the issue is that Tom Clancy's The Division is not being released for PC and that is completely unfair to an entire community who would otherwise miss a beautiful experience."
My head just exploded.

There isnt a single Uplay only title , why would they start now?

Hell, they even allow Amazon to sell steam keys for it.

And. Its not "uplay only". Uplay only would be if the only way to buy it was from Uplay.

Guess it depends on how you define Uplay only. I think is it Uplay only because you can't launch AC3 without Uplay. But you disagree because you don't have to buy it via Uplay. Anyway, the point I wanted to make is that only accepting the Uplay DRM and not trusting Steam is a bad thing imo.

I rather have an Uplay-free game. It's a pain the arse playing the "Steam version" of From Dust

they already said that they will probably be putting it out on PC, at E3. the only reason they didnt was b/c they wanted to use the game to support the new consoles coming out. but that they would most likely be coming out with it on PC, after it came out on consoles.
im not saying that this is right, but i figured id pass this info along to this thread. i really want to see it out on PC as well. it looks pretty f-ing awesome.

1) Make a console game.
2) Don't port it to PC.
3) Retards make a lot of noise and online petitions to get it on PC.
4) Get free publicity on gaming forums and news sites.
5) Release a lazy port a year later.
6) Nobody criticises you because they're grateful for getting a port at all.
7) Fans feel a sense of accomplishment because they think they forced you to take their money.
8) ???
9) PROFIT

OH, look how smart I am calling people retard on the interwebz. That will teach them for sure!
This new generation of consoles is almost a PC gaming box. I wonder how difficult would it be to make a port, compared to former consoles
