I'm in Italy and I had no issues with the promo on the Microsoft store. I suggest you trying again later today (or in the next few days), the promo will last until the end of June so you have some time to redeem it.

That's the sub for the whole package, it's normal that it says N/A because you cannot buy episodes individually.
Most likely, in a couple of hours, you will be able to simply "Add to Cart" the whole package.

I bought this in november for 20,09€ on steam.
Did a refund request now because I havent played it yet. Hope that they take that into concideration since its more than 14 days ago. Not often I do refund. Maybe once or twice before.

This doesn't concern me at all since the game is still blocked for many countries. God forbid those Russian savages get access to a LGBT-themed game, yeah. I actually pirated it although I don't pirate games these days, that was the only way for me to access a game by one of my favourite developers.

EDIT 2: I live in Brazil (SA). It is possible that you have a time zone delay. Both, The MS Store and the Steam version, have all 3 chapters. .
EDIT 3: For those who had already played the first free episode on Steam: Go to "Account Details" >> "View Product Code Licenses and Activations". Search for the game Tell Me Why and remove the license. Go to the game page again and redeem the full game this time.
