Problem is, a reroll won't be accepted if it's a region issue since then chances are the new winner will have the same issue.
your options are:

• give them a key for the game (s)he won
• ask for deletion (if that is possible with a multiple copies giveaway)
• take a not received

If there is Regional problem, You must ask Deletion! of the key!

This will get a little complicated but only for a bit.

Firstly have you tried contacting the person both on Steam and here on SGs? (Maybe they left a message on your GA which you can reply to).

Secondly how long ago did they win the GA?

Lastly, and this is the complicated bit, is your GA send via key here on SG or through Steam directly? Did you notice any restrictions when you purchased it?

I've made mistakes here too and with some patience and by carefully reading what the moderators here say they can usually be resolved in some fashion.

It is best to [create a ticket[(https://www.steamgifts.com/support/tickets/new) (Under support at the top of the screen) and supply as much detail as possible about the problem. Hopefully you will see what happened and not do it again.

The game is more expensive in Poland than anywhere else in the world except for Switzerland. Highly unusual situation you found yourself in. If you send gifts directly through Steam always make sure to exclude regions 10+% more expensive than yours.
