Where is the "GET CODE" button ?

Appeared after 15 minutes

yes, the button disappeared right after the registration, but it was there

it seems the page has issues.. I saw the Get Code button and I clicked it but after completing an account (login via facebook) I can't see the button anymore and the page is still loading after 5 minutes

EDIT: and finally the page loaded and the button was available
