Is Farming Simulator 2013 Region Locked??

I see diferent numbers in my web browser when i put the mouse in the buy button, in my region appear this: "javascript:addToCart(17031)", and when i use the russian web i get this one: "javascrpit:addToCart(17032)"

So i was thinking in trade with a russian friend to get it cheaper, but seeing this i'm a bit afraid about it's region locked.

Someone of you guys have tried to activate the russian version?

I got it from a friend in RU few minutes back and it activated fine. It showed Farming Simulator 2013 RU but still activated on my account. (No VPN)
