Click, fill in the bugger all data they require from a user not in the US, then continue.

No, fill in the true data, but since you aren't from the US, that is bugger all. No special forms or anything, just name, address, etc.

Type your true data. You don't want to be considered faking your information, as IRS (or whatever it is called actually in the US [I'm from Europe ;p]) won't know who you are, but will find you, and kill you.
