In fairness, that's a game based on extremely minimalistic gameplay, with appeal based around its achievements.
Those are the kind of games most of us are trying to filter out, so it's not a good counter-example, regardless of personal desirability.
(Of course, given some of the games I play, I'm certainly not one to talk about desiring games of dubious or niche appeal. :P)
Other than Interloper, I can't think of any well-received $1 retail games that are considered to have meaningful gameplay content. (In fact, most $1 games with with even passable review scores are based around either troll reviews or people being dismissive of money, stating "well, it was only $1, I wasn't expecting anything anyway.")
Rather, the main issue is that SG filters skip over DLCs, and some of those are just $1 for actual content. I'm also not sure about the "under 5p" qualifier, as there are several well-received games starting at about $3 retail (and that's just scratching the surface of decent games under $5).
The best approach, for those not wanting to obsessively hide games, is presumably to alternate between the Wishlisted filter and the >5 filter. Between those, and keeping an eye out on bundle threads for new low-price games of interest, everything should be reasonably well covered.
Meanwhile, the rest of us will keep aiming toward 20,000 or 30,000 hidden entries. :P

What can I say, I like tower defense games ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
BTW 20.000 sounds too much

As of January there were at least 23,000 game entries on Steam, and SG also includes packages and DLCs related to those games.
It all boils down to how much has hit the site that one has managed to catch (plus whatever they've gotten auto-filtered due to previously owning or winning the content, but which others may have ignore-listed instead). Moreover, as more and more of Steam's catalogue becomes dominated by trashware releases, I think we can assume that the overall percentage of content to make it to SG with ease will continue to increase. :/
If cg listened to us more reliably, and added the same kind of ignore-list syncing that Barter has, things'd certainly be a bit simpler.

Damn, that not interested importing sounds so logical :D

I think i never saw a game worth 1 or 2 points that i actually wanted to have but since a big junk of the giveaways here falls into that categorie i was wondering if there's a possibility to just filter them all out?
I manually blacklisted around 1000 titles, most of them worth less than 5p, but those games are still at least 50% of the stuff i see.
