i once had one on my samsung s4 i got a pop up for every page i loaded and whenever i unlocked my phone. and once i clicked it and had to pay 10 € per week until i contacted my mobile provider

Using an incognito window doesn't save you from "harmful" sites that download viruses.

Nope I don't use my phone for those sites...
Apparently it stopped. It happened three times yesterday and other day a month or so ago. The only kind of sites that may start it are those that I entered by miss click on the ad attempting to click Enter giveaway without zoom or by fast tapping. But then the effect keeps appearing exclusively on SG tabs. And to be more concrete yesterday when clicking buttons (edit/reply).
