SG support timings?

Just wondering, how long does it take to review a ticket?
I recently spotted a secondary account in one of my GA winners, so I both opened a report ticket for duplicate account (the main one is already banned for some days on SG, but the secondry is free to join GA apparently) and one for a reroll.
I just want to know if I risk something if I don't send the GA before a week as stated in the rules while waiting for the reroll ticket to process.
Should I just send it if I don't get a reply after 6 days?

Ah ok, the reroll one is what I was worried about since I have to send the gift in a week after the end of GA. I guess it won't take much longer for a reply then.

If no reply, whether you send it comes down to whether you value ethics over your personal completed giveaways ratio.

I don't want to send it in that case, i don't care about the ratio. I care if I get banned for that tho.
