I'm not able to contact support directly :(

I was about to delete all my open giveaways with less than 4 entries. To remake them with a broader audience (more groups and whitelist). I ran into the cap of 20 tickets. I still need to delete like 20 other giveaways before they end, and i'm not able to contact support.

What options do I have?

Hopefully a mod is reading this.

I have spent 20 tickets sometime.
The count is reset once a day.
Then report it.

Yes I know. But my giveaways is ending in about 4 hours...

I don't know why deleting a giveaway is even creating a ticket...

Deleting that many giveaways will likely kill your ability to make new giveaways won't it, since you lose a slot for each deletion?

u can delete your not-ended giveaway with any reason. ticket will be "approved" automatically

Yes, and the those who already entered is getting back their spent points. I don't see any problem here.

yes, there's no need for a "valid reason" if you want to delete a giveaway of yours before it ends.. you can delete it as soon as you want, just take a peek at support -> new -> delete giveaway.. there are 9 options in order to give an explanation to delete the giveaway, but the description is optional (anyways, I always put a description whenever I'm forced for my errors to delete a giveaway I just created) and the ticket is accepted automatically (of course, only if the giveaway is still open)..
obviously, the deleted giveaway will still be displayed in your profile and all those who enterd get automatically back their points =)
