I requested a new winner for one of my giveaways because not only did they not activate one of their wins, but they regifted it as well. I requested it last Wednesday. Tonight will be 7 days since requesting it. What should I do if support doesn't reply before then?

Just wait, even if you receive a "not received" it will vanish as soon as support gets around to answer your ticket.
