First attempt at this, so hopefully this puzzle doesn't crash and burn like the picture below.)

I tried to avoid ambiguity as much as possible, such as the goal not just being a nonsensical string, though maybe that's unavoidable for what this requires.

I had a mistake with the second number pointed out, corrected that now. Also, only the main text of the wikipedia page is of concern and not the boxed sections such as "This is the current revision of ..." at the top. More flaws to this puzzle, I guess.
