Well, I just finished playing superbrothers(disappointing, I didn't like it), and I realized I have gathered a few games in my steam library that I haven't played at all/played very little.

I would love to hear your suggestions as to what to play next. It doesn't have to be from my games library, I'm open to suggestions, but if it's not from my library, I would prefer free games.

quick link to my library:

thanks in advance :)

I actually finished Limbo, just not on steam. maybe I should have mentioned that.
I didn't like it that much, btw :/

as for Amnesia...I thought about that. thing is-I'm easily scared from horror games! will I survive? :(

Terraria, it's more worth than €10,- (10$)

Meh, Terraria isn't that fun anymore because everyone stopped working on it, so it's basically a dead game. Still fun, maybe, for some people, but not for me.

Yeah, also a game I played several hours, just not on steam. but that one I didn't finish(not even close), and I quite liked it. that is, except for the times in which I threw the controller in frustration...

but I might get back to it, indeed.

I'm kinda sad that you didn't like Sword & Sworcery. It's a good game. I suggest Psychonauts for your next game. It's not as easy to finish as Superbrothers.

Also, Killing Floor and Team Fortress 2.

yeah, killing floor is good. I played several hours on it, might get back to it when I feel the need to play an FPS(not usually my favorite genre) and have friends that would like to play it with me.

TF2...I didn't really like. surely the main reason might be that I kinda suck at competitive FPS games...

Hey, if you look at my steam profile, look at how many hours I have logged into TF2. Killing Floor and TF2 are only good if you play with other people who are nice and not total jerks.

well, I thought the gameplay was really weak, and the story wasn't strong enough to keep it together. mostly jokes that weren't funny, for my taste, that is.

It was extremely annoying walking from place to place fighting the SAME "random" encounter enemy all the time. and the character walked painfully slow.

also, would have been nice if the game didn't try to make me tweet everything all the time.

The story and point-and-click was really what got me into the game. It may have no replay value, but it has music and a level of awesomeness that I'll never forget. But still; PSYCHONAUTS.

if you want a game with really an amazing story and music-play To The Moon. best story I've ever experienced in a video game.

I might try Psychonauts indeed. I used to play it a bit on my PS2, maybe playing it on steam will renew my interest in it.

I'd invest more time in Psychonauts or NWN 2. It's still nothing compared to good ol' RPGs but compared to first Neverwinter Nights it's a HUGE improvement.

couldn't get much into the second game thus far, dunnu why...but I might indeed try again.

You started the game in Academy of Heroes, which was already silly. But after that I faced the plot which was not only predictable and unsurprising for me but just plain stupid. Other than that the game was just a hack & slash, even quests where you had to steal something meant "go there and kill everything".

I could yada yada about this game for hours what I didn't like in it ;). In NWN 2 at least you visit locations using map so I didn't feel like in every chapter of NWN "You have central city/hub and 4 meaningless locations to visit. Kill everything to north, south, west and east to move on to another chapter looking exactly the same.". Plus sometimes you have random encounters. Plot is not that bad in my opinion and at some point you get a castle to manage, my favourite part of this game! The mechanics are pretty much same so still no good old fashioned thievery but oh well, could be worse.

He said either ones he has or F2P games. Otherwise, Borderlands, Portal series, and Left 4 Dead series are the best games I know of.

Nah. I don't really want to support any company that brings out a game with such DRM.
also, it costs alot, and many ppl say it's only average.

Yeah, Diablo III is in the "NOT WORTH IT" range. Don't get it, it's not fun.

Dead Island is mostly running around killing zombies, it's way too long and doesn't really have any replay value.

yeah, well, I need to be in the right "mood" I guess. as said, FPS games are usually not my favorite genre of choice.

Nuclear Dawn I really didn't like, which is a shame, since I liked the old Savage game quite alot.
