You won't be banned, but if you had any concern that it was a possibility, you shouldn't have been picking it up in the first place.

A good rule of thumb is that if you have to ask if x will get you banned then odds are you shouldn't try it to begin with.

I once went to Ammu-Nation and some bloke just drove past spawning money everywhere. I had literally no choice other than just accept the money. I went ahead and bought a besra with the dosh i got.

I think something similar happened to me in another game but I didn't get banned so probably you won't as it wasn't your fault. They only can get your money back as much.

Rock* said you wont, some people claim they did, of course many people lie and use that excuse. Personally when i see this kind of crap i look for a new lobby. Pronto.

Yeah a while back I walked around and accidentally picked up a railgun with 9999 ammo on it.

I thought I was gonna get banned cause it wouldn't disappear even after I died, but it's removed from my inventory now and I'm not banned (yet) so I guess it's cool.
