Anyways, I don't know if it can fix the problem, but check integrity of game files. ;)
Right click the game in your library, Properties, Local Files, and click Check Integrity of Game Cache.

I'm thinking it is a "viewmodel offset x" "viewmodel offset y" or "viewmodel offset z" command. Those would be easy to check in console because they should all be set to "0" if they're something else, make them 0.
Other than that.. I'm honestly not sure.
(Edit: SG is removing the underscores, but there should be an underscore between each word in those commands instead of spaces. good luck!)
