Fun Coop games to play casually with my SO?

so i want to ask a question, the upcoming Kinguin crazy weekend will have some games i already own meaning i can get her another copy and play together those are:

1-Space Engineers
2-Medieval Engineers
3- 2 * Tricky towers
4- Company of Heroes 2

and maybe i can try for the all mighty
Gta V , but i already own it and played it throughout PS3/4 and some time on steam , so i think it will be boring for me atleast and not engaging as the above (new experience) as the above

so can someone help me pick?

If you're into puzzle games, Ibb & Obb is a really fun game.
And Deathgarden: Bloodharvest might be interesting as well.
