I think the problem is that you are a turtle with a flamethrower and if you would level up again that would change you into a turtle with napalm and that would break the balance of the SG.

I was looking at this for ages and trying to find a clever pattern. There doesn't appear to be one. They also don't say that it's a sequence like you'd normally get in one of these tests.
I'm going to guess that the answer is simply... 9

That's correct, 4+5 is 9. The calculations above are wrong and have nothing to do with the last one.
But this was the test to become level 11 and requirement is of course to be level 10 already, so you get nothing at all. Thanks for playing!

First and third line is just the numbers inverted and 2 and 4 is the second number and the multiplication of the two numbers. That was just a quick guess and there's not much data for the conclusion but decided to take the shot.

all the above calculations are wrong. 4+5 is simply 9, lol. if something else was used instead of "+" sign, we would look for a pattern but as long as there is "+", the answer is same all around the world. Am I thinking wrong?

No, you are not thinking wrong, but if you look at my conversation with drbeckett right above you, he/she posted a link to an "intelligence test". There you first use + like usual, but then you have to use - and write the result before the + total. So people thought here is a clever pattern as well and tried to figure it out. If the answer is too simple, people tend to think it can't be right. A child would immediately say 9, but a smart adult says something like 520

I think it's because your giveaways have been private. If you make level 0 public GAs and allow as many bots as possible to enter, you will level up to 10 in no time.

What metric are you using to compute the surroundings of the singularity. Are you assuming the SG-singularity is at rest or spinning? I am pretty sure there is a mathematical error.
