Cant find game in list

What game ? What list ?

Depends of the game, if it was possible to get it for free, then there is nothing you can do, it was put it off the list, because people would take advantage of that promotion, if it wasnt free, just contact the support.

if the game is or was part of a promotion where said game was given away for free, then it won't be on the GA list.
same for exploited games.
you can always write a support ticket if you want to add a new game to the list (except if it was exploited or free).
