What do I do if I won a giveaway and it's a russian key?

region restricted games are disallowed (in a public giveaway) so you should reroll it

Contact the guy,tell him the key is region restricted. If he does not deliver a working key mark at not received. Maybe you could also report him for gifting a region locked key,which is against the rules.

Edit: From the rules/FAQ: "Do not submit CD-keys that have regional restrictions, or those that require VPN activation or methods to bypass regional restrictions."

You report the user and click "not received" when it is available.

report to support, it's not allowed to give away region locked keys, tell the owner. For now I suggest to tell support about this and contact the one who made the giveaway and tell him about the issue, don't mark the giveaway as received since you didn't actually receive anything.
