For people who are going to do digital drawing, instead of having to send multiple WIP pictures I think taking a photo of their monitor with the picture on it, while holding a small paper with their username should also be accepted.
If someone has low quality camera, would he be allowed to scan his art with a printer and send it that way? Of course if he also sends a picture of his original art with his username written on it.

Well for digital ones it should still be WIP ones because you an open someones drawing in your monitor too.
And your secod question is acceptable. As long as you show me the original one, I can accept printed copy

Too lazy to make one now, the drawing I made above was made on a din A3 paper which took me like an hour of drawing and inking it, very tiring... What I mean is that I'll probably enter on the last 2 days with a drawing which is not Koishi (;_;)
Also second image is just same comic but from a different perspective, so it doesn't conflict on the lighting making it more visible

Ladies and Gentlemen
After the 1st Drawing Contes ended witch success. I made a pool in voting thread and asked if you guys would like to see such event in the future, and %84 of the participants voted yes.
So here I am happy to announce 2nd Drawing Contest of SteamGifts
And my friend bbklyn will help me afterwards.
This time any kind of drawing is allowed including digital drawings too (with some special rules)
Every tool is allowed (Pencil, Charcoal, Pastel, Brush etc.)
You can even cut yourself and draw something with your blood. Seriously don't do it!
Are you a professional artist? just a hobbyist? someone who can't even draw stick man? no worries.
This event is for everyone.
What I want from you is to draw one of your favorite game or movie characters or whatever you like. Just don't give me some portraits just because they are cool, try to stick with "character" rule!
