It is a result of a step I used when making it, but that step isn't needed to solve it.

All puzzles are different, except for the last step, so solving P3 doesn't really help you solve the others. :)
But seeing as that is a tough one, you did great solving it first.

Bump for solved. Cool puzzles all around, I'm very impressed. This is the first time I've done one of these puzzles on this site, so I'm surprised I completed it. It did take me a long time though. :)

It runs for a total of 10 days, so you could've taken longer and still finished it in time. :)
You are the 3rd solver, so timewise it is still fast(depending how long you actually were thinking on it)?

I think I used at least a good couple of hours per day since it started thinking about the puzzles. I don't know if that's a long time thinking about them, but either way, it was fun :) I didn't want to take much longer, since I didn't want to think about how to solve the puzzles when I'm trying to sleep. :P

I could probably use a hint for P6, or at least an idea of what I need to find for it.
Same for P5, I can't understand the video hint or what is being sung there. I tried getting a number for each word and making those 30 into something else and getting one for each set of 5, but no luck.

You have what you need for 6 already, you just didn't know what to link it to or the correct order(which you might be overthinking).
P5: For the hint, that one isn't the lyrics that matter.
And answering your previous question about it, but probably you figured that out already: case matters.

Bump for P5 solved! Number 3 maybe tomorrow if I'm not lazy :D

If you are lazy long enough, you might even get extra hints.
I'll going to add some somewhere tomorrow. I would like some more solvers and if they come with entries, even better. :P

The puzzle part of gameofswords definitely isn't widely used. Much more people use jigidi or itstoohard, which is less time consuming to set up.
A small hint, the answers are steam games, just so you don't try different variations of the numbers as answers and lose your energy. :)
Thanks for the bump.

They aren't really a puzzle, just a check to see you solved all the others.

Bump for solved up to 6. I should be able to solve 7 after I'm revived. Forgot that I solve it out of order and attacked with wrong answer XD
Solved for real. The puzzle becomes doable with the hints at the first comment, especially the one about 6 digit number.

You only lack the card, your cube and shoe are correct.(going by your first guess)
I also added an extra hint for it in the first comment: end the card game.

Here you had to click the right part of the images to go to another perspective of that image and eventually find 6 numbers.
At the top of the BoxOpen page there is a "button" that links to a page called "Benjamin", there you will see 6 _ hinting to 6 things to find and a EU flag.
Benjamin Button is a character that was born old and grew younger as time went by, hinting towards the order of the games(numbers), old to young, the flag is for the EU release dates.
The first one was hidden on the tetris cartridge, to get it out, you first had to switch the gameboy off. 3
Second was the front of Super Mario Land. 5
Third the back of Duck Tales 2. 3
Fourth the back of Pokemon Yellow. 7
Fifth in the battery case of the gameboy advance, to access it you had to click it from the gameboy color view. 0
Sixth the back of zelda minish cap. 0
This gave you 353700 which is the appid for The Deadly Tower of Monsters.
Here you had to find 3 numbers divided among 5 items.
There were 2 cubes, but I think most only found one.
A shoe, which was hidden under the bench only visible when you mouse over the link.
And an unfinished texas hold 'em card game.
Only the Rubiks cube was needed, not the cube.
Each object started at a front/overview page: ShoeFront, Cubefront, RubikFront, BustFront, TexasOverview.
You had to find the number by checking each side of the object by changing the view: ShoeBottom(22), RubikBack(5), BustBottom(7), ...
The card game was a bit different, you had to find the last card to be dealt, which is called the river, TexasRiver(3).
Following the answerkey you ended up with 5 17 3 50 Squareface.
You had 3 equations to solve to x y and z.
And a series of 3 numbers and a 4th unknown(the answer).
You end up with x = 11, y = 7, z = 4.
To go through the numbers you had to reverse it, then multiply it by x y or z to get to the following.
7013 reverse = 3107 multiply by 11(x) = 34177 reverse = 77143 multiply by 7(y) = 540001 reverse = 100045 multiply by 4(z) = 400180 Okhlos: Omega
There was a grid behind a hidden link at X4 Y10 when mousing over "letters and numbers"
When tracing all the clues you get 326410 Windward
When ordering all 30 words alphabetically, you get.
allegedly angry ants ARE ARSONISTS
can CATS CHEW CHEWY CHIPS
DEIFIED demons denounce dreadful ducks
FICTIONAL FIERCE fights forcefully fought
SCARY SILLY SONGS SOUND special
TALES TERRIBLY TOLD TOTALS TROUBLE
Only the case matters, resulting in a 2-way code, a hint was "not binary". The correct one was morse code.

The map spelled out the numbers for this one. 322190 SteamWorld Heist
In each giveaway the name of the link to the second giveaway was different than the ga itself, these were the answers to the checksum enemies.

Still don't know how to change the view in P2. And all others is fine.
Thanks for solution.

You need to manually change the URL based on the naming pattern from P1. Did you keep a list of URL for P1 just in case? It will help 90% of P2, but you would have to get creative to open the last card (called "river"). Check the discussion in the giveaway for more information.

I thought the same pattern means you need to find some hidden link within the image. :)
Thanks for explanation.

If you were here when I did my crosswords one, I'm sure you would have been able to solve those as well. :)

Today is my birthday and a little over a month ago was my cakeday, so I have some giveaways hidden behind a puzzle. As it turns out, I also just passed the 10000 giveaways entered.
Images and Words
There are 7 puzzles in total and the goal is to find the games I'm giving away.
Each room contains a chest where you have to enter the name of the game(leave out any potential ":") I'm giving away in that room.
Clues are scattered throughout the rooms, up to the chest for that room. So no clues for the 3rd puzzle in room 4 or later.
What is in the later rooms are hints for the previous rooms. those hints are encrypted with ROT13 for those who find them but don't want to see them just yet.
