Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

Have been in China since August and didnt install Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning before coming here which i regretted because for some reason it was blocked/not avaliable on the Steam Store in my region, maybe because of the religiuos aspects but not sure why. Then all of a sudden today I turn my Steam online and there it is able to be installed.

Does anyone now what happened or why it changed, it may have just been on my end but it is really weird. Thanks
