[SGtools] Invalid giveaway entry

Recently I have started to use SGtools for my giveaways. And i found one invalid entry.
There it says

There steamgifts usernames listed here didn't obtain the giveaway URL from sgtools.info.
That means that they got the URL by a different way (you gave them directly, another giveaway with less requisites, etc.)
If you didn't give them by other means or other sgtools giveaways, they got it leaked and that's is punishable with an infraction in SGTools.

What does it mean punishable? Punishable like how? Can I re-roll if that person wins?

You can report the invalid entry in knsys sgtools thread https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/b736C/tool-sgtools-new-section-deals. Like this:

1 invalid entry here 3360f8ce-f124-11e6-96a2-fa163ee2f726 (that is just an example, you should copy/paste your GA link there)

knsys will take care of the user.

And, yes, you can request a re-roll in that case.

You can post the SGT URL here. You can also request a new winner. Best provide a screen shot to SG support.

SG support does allow a re-roll for a winner with an invalid entry in your SGTools train.

Also you can report the invalid entries here in this thread (not the name(s) of course but with your SGTools link) :
