How many achievements has Steam?

I was wondering how many achievements has Steam, all the games. I Know that it's very difficult to calculate because every day there are new games on Steam; so, anybody can know the right number? I mean, is there some web or app who could calcute it?

Also, I was thinking if it's possible too know how many achievements can reach a profile on Steam, for example, my profile or friend's profile...

It's not big deal, just curiosity
