There is a weird form to make a .rar file display an image and have a.jpg extension, well, he did that.
The way to solve it was to unrar that file (you could rename it, or you could just open with winrar). There was a .txt file with 5 letters.
So, the url was like steamgifts.com/giveaway/xxxxx where xxxxx is the code you got from the .txt file

[SOLUTION]
The image was a jpg with an encoded zip (rar) file. You needed to download the .jpg file and rename it to a .rar. Then open the .rar and inside was a document that had the GA code. Take that code and add it to http://steamgifts.com/giveaway/<code>
