So can anyone tell me the exact threshold for each level?
I found an older post about this but found it was inaccurate :/

You can hover your mouse over the bar and it will tell you exactly how much you have. You have 1.03 right now.

If the CV you got from your giveaway doesn't seem to add up it may be because its bundled, which only gets you 15% of the full CV.

That is the correct list and that hasn't changed, the value comes from realCV not from the price in your profile.

treshhold is 50$ NON-BUNDLE CV. You probably seen a ppl who gave away 50$ worth of bundle games - 50$ bundle games is worth only 7.5$ actual Real CV.

No there is no table or website.
If it is unbundled the full US Steam store price.
If it is bundled the store price * 0.15. Bear in mind that games may get retroactively bundled (search the discussion board if you do not know what that means).

Other than that, here's the bundle list. Every game that's not on that list should give full CV. It isn't always up to date though.

If it's on this list then it gets 15% value. If it isn't on the list then it gets full value. You might also find this helpful.
