my favorite sporting moment was from rugby. I used to be very fast, so I played winger. Which basically means when you get the ball, there's no one else to pass to, so you have to run. Also worth noting: you're taught that when you go down, you should shove the ball into the ground, so as to maintain control. Then, when you're on the ground, let go, and shield the ball with your body. (when an opponent did taht to us, we'd just kick em over the ball
this day it was raining horribly, so the field was covered in mud, so you can slide really far. I get the ball, and start running, fast as I can. Someone tackles me, and, I must admit, I dropped the ball. I immediately grabbed it again and shove it into the ground, all the while sliding through the mud. Except, I didn't grab the ball. I grabbed the player's head, and was shoving it into the ground, while skidding a good 5-10 meters.

Archery. I don't care for it as a sport, but I like practicing archery. It's a somewhat relaxing and calm sport, yet which challenges your skills, concentration, observation and endurance. Nothing feels better than carefully concentrating on your shot, unleashing the arrow, and acing the shot.

Slow pitch softball, bowling, darts and bocce ball. Basically if it can be played while holding a beer in your hand I like it. Don't really like pro sports as they are way over paid to play a game. And with little to no team loyalty, players are traded and dropped so much. That in all honesty you probably are for a team because the stadium is the closest to where you live.

Swiming. I think that would be my favourite. I used train it when I was younger. I also used to train football for some time. Then I went to the university and stopped everything but occasional jog now and then.
I need to get back to swiming I guess - I got fat :<
