How about playing Fate Grand Order? Mobile game, RPG MMO but without PvP.
Lots of fun with lots of salt (you will understand once you get to play it), good story and lots of "waifu" and "husbando" material.
Getting most of the characters available is like the whole point of the game. It doesn´t have mature content, it's just supposed to be fun..... and consume your life too.

All I can think of is modded Skyrim or (to lesser degree due to smaller number of mods) Fallout 4.
