I'm assuming you're referring to SST? I'd file a support ticket to see if you can get the GA deleted without losing the GA slot, under the circumstances.

I think if SG detects as a free game the worst it can happen is you get no cv from it, i think?

if you created the ga before it was free, there's no problem.

unless you count all the idiots that will go to your giveaway like sg-police officers to tell you "free games aren't allowed, welcome to my blacklist".

Its upto you. It will almost certainly be deleted by admin shortly. You are very unlikely to get a suspension and if you do will only be a couple of days. Personally I would delete your self you will lose a give away slot, which you will do anyway if admin delete it, to minimise being blacklisted. You have given away plenty of games so the loss of one giveaway slot isn't the end of the world.
